For Layaways: Lay-away is given on all purchases over $300.00. Terms are 30 days, with 1/2 the total balance due at directly after checkout, within 2 days, and balance due withn 30days of order date. If payments are not timely made within the agreed upon timeframe, your layaway will cancel and any payments to the date of cancellation are forfeit, all items within the layaway will be returned to stock. Lay-away plan ordered items are final sales and non refundable. Payment via Money order for layaway or paymate.com payment services only.

If you are unhappy with a purchase you have made, you have 2 days from receipt to let us know, and we may, at our sole discretion, offer an in-store credit or other means of credit to make this a satisfying shopping experience. This will only occur when: Customer emails within 2 days of receipt and returns item within 24 hours of our response and approval, with tracking....AND: items are returned to us in original unused condition, AND we have given prior authorization for this to occur. Else we are not liable for any credit or refund due to buyers remorse, Fit, Form or any other issues which may arise. By ordering, you agree to these conditions..
For refunds, please email with the item number, date purchased and reason for request. Once we approve the refund, please email the tracking number for the return. Once we receive the item(s), refunds will be processed within 30 days. Note we must approve refunds in writing, and the purchaser has 2 days from receipt of item to contact us, else purchases are final sales.
